First Game 10am.

The registration area will be open from 8:45 for Managers to register teams with registration closing at 9:30.  The first match will kick off at 10:00 prompt.

Important information for visitors/Parents

There will be a £2 charge for parking which includes a tournament programme. This has been necessary in order to meet the costs of the venue. (Postcode for SatNavs is CH63 2HN). The club and Wirral M.B.C have asked that you use the car park and refrain from parking on the nearby roads as we have had complaints in the past from local residents about the traffic and any future complaints could jeopardise future tournaments taking place. Please do not give any verbal abuse to the car park attendants they are volunteers and it will not be tolerated.

No barbecues or Alcohol is allowed on site and please remember to place all your litter in the bins provided

ALL AGE GROUPS ARE AS PER SEASON 2011-2012 and NO ACADEMY PLAYERS OR TEAMS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE TOURNAMENT

We will be having a main cup and a plate cup so all teams will enter a knockout competition after the group games

On site attractions include face painting,hair colouring,inflatables,bungee rampolines,water walkers,football games,hot food and drink,ice creams.
All pitches will be roped off and matches will be officiated by qualified referees.      Team Size: 7 a side.

Center Halves,Centre Midfield.

After what has been a very much improved season for us, I am looking to replace players that will be moving on.
This has resulted in places becoming available in the center of our defence and in midfield .A number of the lads I had this season will be joining our newly formed u12s for next season,as they played over age this year.

PRE SEASON AGREEMENT 2011/12 (REMINDER)

For info of those players registered at present.  (Reminder)
This agreement was in relation to this current season.
It has been amended slightly but the main points remain the same.

Coaches,Players,Parents,Conditions regarding Squad membership.

THIS IS NOT CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION FOR THE SQUAD BUT MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS,IT DOES NOT COVER EVERYTHING BUT DOES INCLUDE THOSE ISSUES THAT ARE OF CONCERN IN GENERAL.

THIS IS IN ADDITION TO YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES CONTAINED WITHIN THE REGISTRATION DOCUMENT THAT YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SIGN.

Due to issues that arose over the previous season,I have taken the decision to impose the following conditions so that we have an open and clear understanding of what is expected and what your responsibilities are.

The intended action to be taken with regard to any breaches of the agreement are not up for discussion,and will be implemented without prejudice,I feel at least that way we all know where we stand.
 The acceptance of these conditions as of now are a condition of membership to the squad.

 

If you feel that you are unable to adhere to the conditions and are not willing to sign up to them then you will not be part of the squad.

 

These conditions are not complicated and are in no way difficult to comply with.

 


1. SUBS - (Money). - Each parent/player is to ensure they do not get in arrears by more than 2 months,if this does happen then the player concerned will be excluded from both training and matches until subs are up to date.

(If their are any issues re payment then please let me know).

 I WILL AGAIN REMIND YOU THAT ALL SUBS FOR SEASON 2010/11 HAVE TO BE PAID BY 1ST JUNE,IF NOT I WILL NOT BE SIGNING THE PLAYER CONCERNED NEXT SEASON.AND AS OF THAT DATE THEY WILL CEASE TO BE PART OF THE SQUAD.

 
 
 

2, MATCHES - Non-Attendance -  If you caanot make the game let me know,you all have my contact details so their is no excuse,I do not want a repeat of last season hence this condition.

Non - Attendance without notification,the player concerned WILL BE EXCLUDED from the next fixture,if this becomes a PERSISTENT PROBLEM the player concerned mayl be required to LEAVE THE CLUB. 

IT WILL BE DOWN TO YOU TO PROVE THAT YOU ATTEMPTED CONTACT.

 

Obviously each reason for non-compliance will be taken on its merits

 

TIME KEEPING - Players ideally to arrive 30mins prior to kick off,15mins at the latest.

( By my watch).

If arrival is less than 15mins the player concerned will not start the game,unless prior warning has been given to me.

 

Training -

Players ideally to arrive for 6 however I accept that most of us work therefore 6.10 is acceptable.

 

As with matches,no warning of non-attendane to myself will result in the players exclusion from next fixture.Again reason for non-contact will be judged on its merits.

 

BEHAVIOUR/ATTITUDE/WILLINGNESS TO PARTICIPATE -In all aspects of training.

If myself or a nominated person feel that any players behaviour/attitude or willingness to participate fall short of what would reasonably be expected then they will be required to sit out the session,if warranted they will also be excluded from the next fixture.

If player persistently offends they may be required to leave the club

 

SHIN PADS - To be worn at all times,if not worn you cannot participate in the full training session and on occassions could be excluded from training.

 

As stated previously I require you to sign the agreement which will be confirmation that you will abide by it,acknowledgement via e-mail is also acceptable.

Recent update.

In relation to non/payment of subs,I had it in my head that it was 3 months arrears,it is 2. Therefore a number of registered players have in the past got away with it,
